Remember, we can clear more or less waste on the day, so don’t worry if your estimate isn’t perfect.

We will assess the waste

On arrival, we’ll assess the waste and provide you with a quote for the clearance before we start work.

We will usually take photos of the waste to help with the quote. Please remember we do need to be able to park near the property.

We’ll get clearing

We include all reasonable labour, which means removing waste from upstairs or in a garden is not usually a problem as long as there is reasonable access to the waste.

We will usually photograph the site on leaving to document the completed clearance and as the compliance record of what was removed, which you may need in the future.

Your waste is recycled

All of the rubbish we collect is transferred to a local commercial recycling facility where, on average over 95% of the waste collected is diverted from landfill and we offset the emissions generated by our vehicles by 150%.

We also provide you with a digital Waste transfer Note which will be emailed to you with your receipt upon job completion. We store a copy of these documents for you, should you need to request a copy in the future.
